This is further demonstrated by winning, for a fourth consecutive year, the prestigious award of "Best Cover Design" in the NCAA Division III category, for the work on the 2007 Waynesburg University Football GameDay programs. The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) gave the award in their annual publication contest.

The “Best Cover” honor follows the sixth-place finish for the 2004 Waynesburg College Football Media Guide, which marked the highest finish a Waynesburg publication has received in a national publication contest. The sixth-place finish in 2004 was Laick Design’s fourth consecutive top twenty finish in that particular contest.
